COVID-19 UPDATES

To Our Wonderful Customers,

COVID-19 is changing our lives and communities across the country and world.  We are still open to serve you, but some things will be changing to help keep you and our own families safe and well.

Effective Monday March 30th,

-         As we are trying to minimize contact, our office/waiting room will be closed.

-         We will be taking credit card payments via phone only, with no cash payments.  We will email a copy of your receipt to the email we have on file for you.

-         Please drop the car keys in our key drop.

-         We will be wearing gloves to pull your car into the shop and for repairs as well as continuous hand-washing, when not.

-         A mask will be worn when a mechanic is inside your vehicle.

-         As always, please call to make appointments and please no unscheduled drop-ins.  We are happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the new changes.

Also, currently our parts suppliers are still on their same schedules so there shouldn’t be a delay in parts at this time, but things change rapidly so we will keep in contact.

We will keep you updated with any changes and hope that you all stay safe and well.  Please adhere to the CDC guidelines.  We are in this together.

OIL CHANGE RECOMMENDATIONS

BMW and Mini Cooper recommends that the oil be changed every 15,000 miles on most vehicles.

At Quality Driven we suggest oil changes every 5,000 miles on the BMW models and every 4,000 miles on the Mini Cooper models.  The reason being that we see the majority of the cars end up running low on oil near 15,000 miles which causes future damage to the engine.  A small price for an oil change equals huge savings in the future.

We use only Full Synthetic Castrol Edge 5W30 (which is the same oil that the dealerships use).

Call Quality Driven at (941) 923 3322 to schedule your oil service and inspection today.
